How can I contact Jittery Puppy Coffee Company?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 3-5 business days for coffee products and 2-3 weeks for pet products to ship. In rare cases, it may take up to 30 days to receive pet products. Thank you in advance for your patience.
Why are my items shipped separately?
We work with multiple vendors to ensure that your products arrive in a timely manner. Therefore, you may receive multiple tracking numbers for your order.
How fresh is your coffee?
We work closely with our roasting partners to ensure the freshest coffee. Whole bean coffee is roasted the day it ships, and ground coffee is roasted the day before it ships (to allow for natural outgassing).
Are your dog toys indestructible?
No toy is 100% indestructible. We all know our jittery puppies can get carried away at times. So it is important that you supervise your pup during playtime, as small parts can present a chocking hazard. Discontinue use if the toy becomes damaged.
What is your return policy?
We only offer returns on damaged or defective items. You can start your claim via email within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
Can I change my order after purchase?
We work fast here at Jittery Puppy Coffee Company, so it is important that you reach out to us as soon as possible. We will be unable to change your order after your items have shipped.
